..... but only if I strive in the path of Allah
..and his disciples
Have you ever wondered what young, Aussie Muslims may talk about among themselves?
If you are really curious, you may visit Muslim Village Forums, where the young people chat freely about all sorts of subjects. Just like any other young Australians, they share their experiences, a joke and a good laugh.
They also discuss a few more serious topics. Take Alexander Downer’s latest reaction to a Hamas children's show that used a Mickey Mouse rip-off to encourage Palestinian children to fight against Israel.
Malik Shakur for example just couldn’t understand what this fuss was all about:
JJJ explains, if that is the word to use for such contorted, irrational thinking, why the Americans are much worse when it comes to propaganda directed at little children:
No, it's more a case of why is there such outrage to the Hamas Mickey Mouse when it's simply a propoganda tool and it's a technique used by several countries in the past (including the US).
Here's an example, i once watched a bugs bunny cartoon where he was fighting against Hitler. It portrayed Hitler as an incompetent fool and was very offensive to Nazis.
And of course unlike ours, Islamic causes are ALWAYS just. We call this jingoism and narcissism in the west. But then, rationality was never a strong point in the Muslim world. They never had an Aristotle, Plato, Aquinas, Newton or Einstein. They only had blood curdling exhortations to kill and call it a ‘religion’.
Care to think what these ‘kids’ talk about when they ‘discuss’ such issues in private?
After all it is a public forum. Pass the falafel and the AK-47 please.
