Dear Warren Entsch, MP

As has been noted, Mr E Husic MP was sworn into Federal Parliament with a Koran, not on the Holy Bible on which our Judeo/Christian nation and Western Civilization was founded, despite our religions being abro-gated by Shariah law .

This event has concerned some people, including me, that the Koran, Shira and Hadith (Islamic Trilogy ) are the base for the totalitarian-legal-socio-political-military doctrine known as Shariah law. It is also general knowledge that Shariah law is incompatible with Australian Common Law. Treasure Peter Costello invited those who want Shariah law to please move to a nation that lives under Shariah law.

Those who swear their loyalties on the Koran are loyal to Shariah Law and the Muslim Ummah and do not consider themselves subject to the Australian Common Law or the US Constitution or UK Common Law, etc. An example is the statement by Faisal Shahzad, the failed Times Square bomber at the end of his trial, “I did not mean it”, when he swore allegiance to America . This is a good example of ‘al Taqiya’, legally lying to the Kafir , whom devout Muslims hold in complete contempt.

Before the election, the Liberal Party removed a Mr D Barker, candidate for the seat of Chifley because he appealed to the Christian Church for assistance in his run against Mr E. Husic. Mr Barker stated that Mr E Husic is a strong Muslim and that, "I'm not attacking them on the basis of their faith, I'm attacking them on the basis of their ideology," he said .

Mr Abbot, Federal Leader of the Opposition was quite correct when he said, “attacks on people, based on their religion, had no place "whatsoever" in the election campaign . Please note that religious Islam is fo-cused on Five Pillars:

• Repeating the creed, "There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is his final prophet."
• Praying five times a day facing in the direction of Mecca.
• Contributing to charity to benefit other Muslims.
• Fasting during the month of Ramadan.
• Going on pilgrimage to Mecca.

Religious Islam strictly deals with Muslims and none of the Five Pillars includes the non-Islamic world.

However, Jihad , which is incumbent on all Muslims, is sometimes called the Sixth Pillar, but the first five pil-lars are religious and jihad is political. Political Islam is the doctrine that drives all Islamic policy about the kafirs and Jihad is supported by Shariah law .

For an eloquent definition of the threat of Shariah from a Judeo/Christian viewpoint, I include part of the key findings from the report by Team B II, “Shariah, The Threat To America”. (and to the West). There could be enough information in this report to possibly lay charges of sedition on those Australian citizens or Kafirs who knowingly attempt to introduce Shariah law into Australia. Examples are; by supporting another mosque on the Gold Coast, a madrassa in Canberra, or submitting to demands such as women only hours at gyms, swimming pools, footbaths in universities and airports, no alcohol and guide dogs in muslim operated taxis, removal of pork from hospital menus, etc, could be so considered as a betrayal of our freedoms as guaran-teed by the constitution. K E Y F I N D I N G S (p.,23 of ‘Shariah, the threat to America’ by Team II B)

• The United States (read Australia) is under attack by foes who are openly animated by what is known in Is-lam as shariah (Islamic law). According to shariah, every faithful Muslim is obligated to wage jihad (whether violent or not) against those who do not adhere to this comprehensive, totalitarian, political-military code. The enemy’s explicit goal is to establish a global Islamic state, known as the caliphate, governed by shariah.

• Shariah is based on the Quran (held by all Muslims to be the “uncreated” word of Allah as dictated to Mo-hammed), hadiths (sayings of Mohammed) and agreed interpretations. It commands Muslims to carry out jihad (holy war) indefinitely until all of the Dar al-Harb (i.e., the House of War, where shariah is not enforced) is brought under the domination of Dar al-Islam (the House of Islam or literally the House of Submission, where shariah is enforced).

• Shariah dictates that non-Muslims be given three choices: convert to Islam and conform to shariah; submit as second-class citizens (dhimmis); or be killed. Not all classes are given the second option.

• Both Islamic terrorism and pre-violent, “civilization jihad” (popularly referred to as “stealth jihad”) are com-manded by shariah. That is not only the view of “extremists” and “fringe” elements “hijacking the religion,” but of many authorities of Islam widely recognized as mainstream and drawing upon orthodox texts, interpretations and practices of the faith.

• The Muslim Brotherhood is the font of modern Islamic jihad. It is dedicated to the same global supremacist objectives as those (like al Qaeda and the Taliban) who share its adherence to shariah but who believe that violent jihad is more likely to more quickly produce the common goal of a global caliphate .

Islam will suppress freedom of speech using Shariah law as a sword. Every single freedom that we have comes from our right to speak freely, to disagree with the orthodox view. Once you remove that right, once you outlaw opinions that you find offensive, you have outlawed democracy itself, which is the right to dis-agree and therefore to oppose the power of the government or the majority . Using hate speech laws as a means to shut down criticism that may upset ‘sensibilities’ can lead to one politically correct authority and ruling party. Some would call that position a dictatorship.

I believe that all free people should recognize the threat to freedom posed by Islamic Shariah, and act to de-fend our Judeo/Christian freedoms threatened by jihad -- notably freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and equality of rights of all people before the law. The response to Islamic supremacism should not be fear, but resolution, determination, courage, and perseverance in finding and neutralizing those free people who have submitted to Islamic demands at the expense of the majority who have not asked for, have not been informed of or want domination by Shariah law .

The Team B II Report also discusses and points out that Shariah Compliant Finance (SFC) is Shariah law and another means of infiltrating and destroying our society, no matter how much MP Simon Crean and Senator Nick Sherry may try to obscure that fact . These two Federal Labour politicians plus others who are gleefully introducing Shariah law into Australia should have the error of their ways pointed out and cor-rected. If they even read a fraction of the hate for the West espoused by Islamic doctrine they would repeat Treasurer Peter Costello’s statement in unison and often.

However, they may have been duped by ‘a massive information operation targeting Western society. Its immediate goal is to obscure the fact that jihadist violence and more stealthy supremacism is rooted in the Islamic texts, teachings, and interpretations that constitute shariah. The net result of these combined forces is that the United States (and Austra-lia) has been infiltrated and deeply influenced by an enemy within that is openly determined to replace the U.S. Constitu-tion (and Australian) with shariah.’

If I may, I shall show you two samples of this hate driven by Islamic doctrine and Koranic verse. You, I and most people on this planet probably could not make this up even if they only abided by the spiritual pale of their respective religions, atheisms or humanisms. For any person living by the Ten Commandments, I sug-gest it would be nearly impossible.

Part of a tirade by the Egyptian cleric Muhammad Hussein Ya’qoub, transmitted on Al Rahma TV in January 2009, made explicit the fact that the real reason for the Muslim war against the Jews was nothing to do with Israel: excerpt
‘You Jews have sown hatred in our hearts, and we have bequeathed it to our children and grand-children. You will not survive as long as a single one of us remains. Oh Jews, may the curse of Al-lah be upon you. Oh Jews... Oh Allah, bring Your wrath, punishment, and torment down upon them. Allah, we pray that you transform them again, and make the Muslims rejoice again in seeing them as apes and pigs. You pigs of the earth! You pigs of the earth! You kill the Muslims with that cold pig [blood] of yours .’

Below is a sample of the Medinan Koran for Free People (infidels, unbelievers, non-muslims or Kafirs):

Do not hanker for peace with the infidels; behead them when you catch them (47:4)
The unbelievers are stupid; urge the Muslims to fight them (8:65)
Muslims must not take the infidels as friends (3:28)
Terrorize and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur’an (8:12)
Muslims must muster all weapons to terrorize the infidels (8:60)
Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them (2:191)
Make war on the infidels living in your neighborhood (9:123)
When opportunity arises, kill the infidels wherever you catch them (9:5)
Kill the Jews and the Christians if they do not convert to Islam or refuse to pay Jizya tax (9:29)
Any religion other than Islam is not acceptable (3:85)
The Jews and the Christians are perverts; fight them (9:30)
Maim and crucify the infidels if they criticize Islam. (5:33)
The infidels are unclean; do not let them into a mosque (9:28)
Punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hooked iron rods, boiling water; melt their skin and bellies (22:19)

There are also 164 Koran verses that directly mention Jihad, other verses promise heavenly rewards, etc, so the Islamic and apologist argument that Jihad is about an inner spiritual struggle looks rather weak, and it is. The reality is 97% of Jihad is war and 3% about inner struggle . There are 13 verses that reveal a Muslim is not the friend of a Kafir .

Unfortunately, the 123 Meccan Koran peace verses were nullified, abrogated, and rendered void. The problem is the Western politicians, many members of the academia and communication media who are not only unaware and perhaps ignorant of this reality, but also disseminate, intentionally or unintentionally, the tidings of the Islamic propaganda. This behavior is contrary even to the basic interests of the Free World, but also exacerbates the reality as it is seen by contemporary Islamic terrorism, violence and aggressiveness.

From the above it is apparent that the doctrine of Islam is global conquest by any means possible. From the ‘Report by Team B II’, we know that the threat to our freedoms is Shariah law and those who knowingly or unknowingly introduce it.

We are not Kafir, non-believer, infidel or non-muslim. We are the free people on this planet facing a ninth century primitive barbarian creed whose followers want to impose a backward regimented society where women, minorities, gays or anyone not deemed to be a true believer is brutally subjugated. It pits the civili-zation against barbarism, the 21st century against the 9th century, those who sanctify life against those who glorify death , an Islamic/Sharia system of laws that ‘smites with a moral, intellectual and spiritual blight every nation which lies under its iron yoke and groans beneath its pitiless sway .

You and our elected Federal, State and Local men and women are responsible for the protection of our Freedom of Speech, Freedom from Fear and Freedom from Want. The report written by Team B II, ‘Shariah, The Threat to America’, can only assist you in your endevour to identify and neutralize those amongst us who want to impose Shariah Law and the Global Caliphate upon us by any means possible .
