Australia's oldest Hindu temple, the Sri Mandir dedicated to Lord Shiva, considered as the holiest Shiva-Shakti Peetham, in Auburn, is under siege and its devotees are gripped by fear.
On March 19, two Muslim miscreants in balaclavas stood at the intersection of a nearby road, spraying the front of the prayer hall with eight rounds of bullets. The building was unoccupied at that time; otherwise there would have been many casualties. This busy Hindu temple opened in 1977 and is surrounded by a predominantly Muslim population. It is no secret among locals that tensions have been building in recent years, caused by concerns mainly about noise and parking problems. [1]
Recently I found myself in Auburn, located 19 kms from the centre of Sydney. Auburn has a greatly diversified population and Wikipedia describes it as a place with Turkish, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Somali, Sudanese, Bosnian, Afghan, Chinese and Indian immigrants. It is where Gallipoli Mosque is located. This mosque was built largely before the larger waves of Lebanese and other Muslim populations came to the area. Turkish immigrants have a longer, more successful history of adaptation to Australia than the more recent waves. If you walk around Auburn you will see many signs in Arabic, African immigrants [who looked to me quite unhappy] and of course many hijabbed women walking past shops with names like ‘Medina Bakery’ and so on. Multiculturalism is a meaningless term, a fraud, used to protect monocultural Islam. Freedom of speech, a basic principle of life and liberty is being destroyed to protect Islam. Why are we asked to tolerate an ideology so vile and contrary to our values and laws when under normal conditions such an ideology would not be tolerated? WHY- Because we’re so ‘multicultural’ and so ‘indiscriminate.’
The Police were always the bedrock of society in Britain and the famous English “bobby” is legendary. However in recent years all of that is changing. Bedfordshire Police is the territorial police force responsible for policing the ceremonial county of Bedfordshire in England, which includes the unitary authorities of Bedford, Central Bedfordshire and Luton. Its headquarters are in Kempston. The county had an estimated population of 602,500 in mid 2008, so the force is one of the smaller ones in England. The force is now divided into two divisions, one covering Bedford and Central Bedfordshire and the other covering Luton. And Luton of course, is where the English Defence League (EDL) have emerged and also is home to that brave blogger Lionheart.
On April 11, 2011 the Australian Christian Nation Association organised a lecture in the Jubilee Hall of Parliament House in Sydney as part of their ongoing lectures informing the public on Islam and the west. The special guest speaker on this occasion was Father Paul Stenhouse, Catholic priest and world renowned Middle East scholar. There were people of many national backgrounds there, including Lebanese and Pakistani Christians and some ex Muslims.

Turnbull and Gillard are Tweedledum and Tweedledee – 2 persons, nominally different but practically the same. Practically the same for both indulge in PC multiculturalist dribble; both falsely promote Islam to the disadvantage of others; both issue forth a type of PC ‘Newstate’ speech where the ‘elite’ eg politicians, academics determine what we will believe and what we can say; both trawl for the Islamic vote; neither apply honest, informed critical analysis to Islam and both abuse or allow the abuse of those who dare state the dangerous truth regarding Islam (ie racist, bigot); neither could care less about the kaffir-view or the view of the non-Muslims brutalised in the past and present by Islam. Whether both are in fear of Islam or are arrogantly ignorant and simply don’t want to know anything that destroys their false elitist views or whether they seek the Islamic vote or money or just want to pretend they are ‘non-discriminating’ multiculturalists who’d let Nazis in if they wanted to come, I don’t know, but both are the useful idiots of Islam, both are dhimmis and both pose a real threat to the Australia we know and our values, culture and open democracy.

The UN is playing a very dangerous game in Libya under the auspices of the new doctrine of R2P or “Responsibility to Protect”. UN Security Council resolution 1973 which calls for a no-fly zone over Libya gives the UN the right to invade a sovereign nation under the guise of “protecting civilians”. Although technically a no-fly zone directive, French airplanes soon started to destroy ground installations and military hardware. Neighbouring OIC nations were not required to contribute in any way and effectively the UN is using NATO and US forces to invade a sovereign nation without any declaration of war. This sets a very dangerous precedent. 
The uprisings across North Africa and the Middle East add further colour to conversations already tinged with Islam. Listening to such talk tells one as much if not more about the speakers as it does about the rebellions.
Cory Bernardi told the truth when he said Islam was totalitarian and a problem but would-be Liberal leader (he was arrogant and useless the first time round) Malcolm Turnbull stunned many when he spewed forth pro-Islamic propaganda on the ABC’s Q and A 28th Feb 2011. He showed himself to be both arrogant and ignorant of the real text, practices and laws of Islam and woefully ignorant of its nature, its aims and the destruction it has wrought around the world in its massive and ongoing slave-trade, its conquests and its utterly repressive societies. He falsely accredited Islam with discoveries that were NOT Islamic. It is impossible to distinguish him from the Islamophilic (anything to get the Muslim vote) Labour Party and Ms Gillard. Australians celebrate and revere Anzac Day on April 25th each year in remembrance of our brave soldiers who fought in two great world wars to secure our freedom. Every Australian identifies with the slogan “lest we forget” and in services held around the country people reflect on the battles and men who died to secure our freedom. Yet across the world in France, there is one remarkable battle which helped form the Europe we know today and allowed the development of civilization based on Judeo Christian principles. This one famous battle has become known as the battle of Tours and effectively stopped the Muslim advance into Europe. After the death of Mohammed in 632AD, Muslim armies exploded out of the Arabian peninsula to conquer much of the Middle East, expanding across north Africa. From there they crossed into Spain in 711AD and eventually controlled much of al-Andalus by 715AD. It was the victory at Tours by Charles Martel that stemmed the tide and eventually the Muslim marauders were expelled from Spain in 1492 when the last outpost at Granada fell to King Ferdinand of Spain. 
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was born, lived, fought and won battles against religious and social oppression in the 17th century Bharat or India. He was a shining star in the Indian firmament and is renowned as a champion of the downtrodden and depressed masses. He was and continues to be an icon for the classes and masses alike and is seen as a rallying point for peasants oppressed by foreign rulers, Pathans and Moghuls alike. Sexually exploited women found in Shivaji Raje a protector, a benefactor and flocked to his Hindavi Swaraj to find solace and feel liberated under his saffron flag. 
Perhaps some readers might be interested to know that January 28 is considered a feast day among Catholics – actually 2 feast days are celebrated on the same day – one is of ST Thomas Aquinas, the great medieval theologian and philosopher who adapted Aristotle to the western Judeo-Christian worldview. . It is also the feast day of a lesser known person – St Peter Nolasco, the great ransomer of captives from the Muslims.
How often in conversation with a Muslim, do they quote Spain as the crowning achievement of Islam, where Muslims, Jews and Christians lived in harmony for about 800 years?
